What If Hilton Hotels still own Las Vegas properties?

Anyway, when I read article about former Caesars Inc., I suddenly had a idea.

What if Hilton had been still owning its Las Vegas properties and not spun off? And bought Caesars?

And also, what if Holiday Inn still owns Harrahs and doesn't buy former Caesars Inc.?

And why there is lack of major hotel chain here with hotel/casino? LVH was and Flamingo was. I know there are small hotels with brand but it is not.

Before Harrahs ruined it, Caesars were great.
