As of 5/1, I have lost every comp in my app. I used to get $25 free play a week at my local casinos. I did a lot of app sports betting, but also plenty of casino slot play as well. They have 100% cut off every offer with no notice. I even lost the free trips that had been offered to Reno and Biloxi. Crazy. I guess on to other casinos

Really? You didn't lose any reward credits I hope. I have around $1000 and a birthday dinner yet to use. I hope these don't get taken away next.

I’m Seven Stars, and they even told me they are charging me for my hotel on my upcoming retreat to New Orleans. It’s over for me, and probably many others. Hopefully others in my spot comment on here

Up to 4 nights complimentary hotel is one of the inclusions of the retreat, what are they charging you?

Took a whole 2 words for a typo in the above brochure blurb

Would you consider yourself a typical gambler? Or did you grind 7* through poker, sportsbook, and/or TC multipliers? Or do you gamble in a way that is otherwise undesirable to Caesars?

Curious, did Caesars or a host inform you they were cutting you off due to some reason?

My comps seem to have dried up too. AC dates that were comped a week ago are now $$$ and rather pricey to boot, considering.

As of now, it looks like I fell off the AC comps ladder altogether—even through Fall, when mid-week comps have been a given for the past decade.

Damn—I shoulda booked that late-August comp in AC when it popped up a few weeks ago!

Hopefully this is just a temporary *burp* in the algorithm.

@Louton25 , do you know what you've done to cause them to blacklist you?

Mine were gone on the app but all is well if you login to the regular website. Appears to be an app issue for me at least

With the fact MGM also has changed their lucrative comp offers. I think there is a Las Vegas wave going on. I still have my two stays listed on the app one for Reno one for Tahoe and did just request my seven star retreat. But I wouldn’t be surprised. I also noticed that the availability of Room types have gone way down.

If you're only getting $25 in FP a week from the local CET casinos, I suspect a good chunk of your TCs came from sports betting (low theo/hold) instead of slots (higher theo/hold). $25 FP is peanuts to a 7S who earned their status via heavy slot playing (even with 5x TC multipliers).

Translation: CET doesn't think your play adds up to the benefits they provide you, so they yanked your 7S comps.

To me, this is like when they pulled matched Wyndham Diamond statuses and benefits mid calendar/“CET” (February 1st to January 31st) year: they were way too generous with comps/status/tier matches and devalued their program/cards, but they shouldn’t have pulled comps/benefits mid-year on (effectively) zero notice.

NOLA is its own animal when it comes specifically to the 7 star retreat.
I know of others who have had issues with booking their trips & getting reimbursed for flights or getting their trip converted to RCs instead of taking the trip.
All were slots players, not table or sports bettors.
That’s the thing with CET, you never know 100% what you’re getting or not getting with most of their benefits.

    I was thinking the opposite.
Is it possible that you are the type of person who goes every day and earns 400ish tier credits but go 365 days a year.
a person who uses free play, free drinks, and any other small perks but use them 5+ days a week might be deemed not worth the comps.
Ot is is possible that you play on multipler days but then go to your local and no play or play very little?

I agree with ohcraps on his translation. CET has deemed they are giving you more comps then what they feel the benefit of having you come is worth. (right or wrong)

@Guy_ - good point. I didn't think about nibbles for 365 days instead a few large trips.

Yea. a person who goes 365 days a year even without 5x multiplers can hit 7Star status and have an ADT of around $100 (assuming Video Poker)

So if they use the 30% of ADT comp rule this person would be worth $30 in comps max.
but with such a low ADT I would doubt they would want to give 30% and it is much more likely they would be around 20%.. so $20.
This does not even cover the "locked in" comps like resort fee, retreat trips, $500 celebration dinners, Reward Credits etc. Never mind comping rooms, freeplay, shows, resort credit, or any other comps that are not tied to the status.

My local host once told me.. If you are a person who maxes out tier multiplier days and do not come and play less on other days you are likely more valuable then 75% of the 7* Players in the system. They have a TON of retired people who go to local casinos and earn less then 1000 tier credits per day but because they go almost every day they are able to hit 7 Stars.

I gave up on CET years ago, after a 3 year absence I had to gravel a host for comps, he gave me what I wanted, but really? I do much better with MGM now, thank you CET!
