Just checked again and I now have the same issue CVP was reporting, with Resort Credit only available at the same hotels his are. Only $50 but still annoying.
Lots of properties missing RC For those properties, everything in the top section and T&Cs is truncated after "_FREEPLAY" For properties that do not have these issues, this slide out window does not generate a scrollbar, so you can't read the full T&Cs.
The only property I have an offer at is MGM Grand so I went ahead and booked it. It does show free play and resort credits.
Odd. Its also a bit weird for me. I have a cancelled Aria reservation and those dates are blocked(showing rates) now at MGM and Bellagio and it won't go away. Then my cancelled NYNY is showing up on MB/Park/N/L/Excal. These were cancelled yesterday too.
To be fair, that was a mistake... Regarding offers, someone I know got a text from their host with ominous wording... "There are new corporate guidelines for your offers that I need to talk to you about." Big yikes! This person also goes frequently and would be impacted by this new one-offer-only per month, thing.
Looks more like they are trying to limit it to 2x comped nights based on your offer level for all properties combined and limit it to once per month redemption vs one booking per offer and 2x nights per property. Probably more people booking like 20 trips out each month and bogging down their calendar.
Can you run a test with your GF’s account to see if she can book another comp reservation as she already has a room booked.
Yeah, it's unlikely not that you're not getting resort credit, it's appears to just be bad coding that's causing any text after they to not show up. Would be good t It would be interesting to hear what guidelines they communicate
I'm now having the same issue as many others. I show offers for 4 comp nights at all properties, FP on all, but RC only on a few. And the ONLY property I show any comp nights to book is MGM Grand. At first I though the issue was that I already have 13 nights booked in the next few months. But now, since I can actually book comps at one property, something else has to be going on. I'd really like to book something with my May offer, but I guess I'll hope that this gets fixed.
Offers dipped slightly, but I expected far worse based on recent activity. I can only book an offer at Bellagio and MGM currently though. All other resorts are best available rate only…
Anyone here has no upcoming reservation booked, but still only see comp nights at Bellagio and MGM? Trying to figure out if this is only an issue with people booking too many reservations.

Well, this is weird. I have nothing booked yet. Go in on desktop (Chrome) and in the app, and no hotel offers are showing up at all. While doing so, just got an email with my may offer showing my same offer (1100/1100) but only calling out Bellagio, MB, and MGM). When I click on a link from the email it launches the normal booking page (in safari) with FP and RC showing, and I can then change the hotel selection. I tried Aria and it shows as a normal comp calendar with all dates available, and with the RC amounts listed. So... make of all this what you will
Yeah, the actual "offers" page has been broken again, but if I go to book a room I see everything as normal now, except a few properties missing resort credit. Who decided to push a change out right before a Friday?
Well, at least they now seem to be acknowledging the comp booking rate problem. First time I've ever seen this message...
