When you mentioned a $15 table, I was thinking about Atlantic City and not MGM National Harbor. I have never seen a $15 table at MGM National Harbor for craps. However, I didn't go to MGM NH from June 2019 to April 2022, so that may have been when the tables dropped to $15. Every time I have gone to MGM NH, it's always been $25, $50, and $100 tables.

When I first went to Atlantic City in February 2012, I went to Harrah's in the Marina District because I had a free room offer from the old Total Rewards. A week before, I was in Las Vegas at Caesar's Palace hanging out with buddies that were playing in a now defunct floor/ball hockey tournament and got registered there. The table there was $15, and subsequent trips in the next 3 years to Bally's (pre-Eldorado) and Caesar's Atlantic City, I saw $15 tables there, too. With my mis-reading of your post, I thought you were playing on the Boardwalk recently at Tropicana or Caesar's AC since you are Caesar's Rewards.

My former and current experience is that nonsense doesn't take place with the craps tables. I remember you saying you were amazed how fast @VegasDaytripper plays. That's what it is like at AC. It's definitely the major leagues here because the games move fast, and you are expected to move fast as well. The players don't mess around, and the dealers, stick people, and pit bosses don't either. I have seen people get kicked off the craps tables at Caesar's AC and Bally's for slowing up the game or being an a-hole. For example, I seen people throw money down during a roll and be told to wait until the shooter has sevened out. Here in Atlantic City, it is the NFL of table games and you are not for long on the craps tables if a person starts acting like an asshat.

Even with the sort of strange behavior I saw the Thursday morning at the Borgata $10 table, there was a fast rhythm to the game like there was a play clock or shot clock. Once the shooter rolled a seven, the players quickly reloaded their bets and a new shooter started rolling more closer to 24 seconds to 40 seconds. It took me a moment when I saw how fast the pace is back at Harrah's in 2012.

That's why I asked, so I apologize for mis-reading your post. The last time I was at a Boardwalk casino was April 2015 when the pier across from Caesar's Atlantic City used to be the defunct The Pier Shops at Caesar's before it got renamed to Playground and now whatever it is. So I mistakenly thought what you were describing for MGM NH was for Tropicana or Caesar's AC.

TLDR: My reading comprehension skills failed me. Nothing to see here...

This the cards on the left were what my Total Rewards card looked like back in 2012 to 2015. I had the one on the upper left. It was so old that the laminate peeled off and I threw it away when I was in Vegas in January.

These cards are not mine - I got these images from Google.

Ocean Casino had a $10 table yesterday (Monday) morning, no players. On weekend mornings, I have seen mostly $15 and occasionally a $10 table. The last time I played at Ocean, the crew was pretty good and kept things moving and dealers looked out for you if you missed a bet. Very few new players between rolls. I turned $100 into $500 and saw the all tall all small hit, a player had bet $5.

@RobzNtheHood, try and figure a way to string two nights together, Caesars and MyVegas. However, I seem to recall that MyVegas gets stingy with Borgata comp rooms come the summertime.

And if you need any Apple accessories, check out the Apple store at the Christiana Mall, right where Delaware 1 and I-95 meet. Years ago, I bought two iPhones and saved $72 in sales tax.

PS, Hard Rock VP bars are going to a green light drink system to cut down on drink comps. They still don't comp Martinis and Cosmos.

Its definitely been a long time since I've seen a $15 craps table at MGMNH. Remember going to the Pats-Eagles Super Bowl party in early 2018 there and before the game all of the craps tables were either $25-50. Right after the game I went down and all of the craps tables were $15.

Roulette is the game where minimums seem to have come down at MGMNH. For a long time seems like you couldn't play for under $25, but now there are often multiple $15 roulette tables when I do my walk throughs.

As a post script to this trip review, it looks like I got onto Borgata's radar. I was emailed a promotional junket offer to fly from Baltimore Washington International to spend Monday through Friday in Atlantic City. The offer was $599.99 along with $60 free play. I wouldn't take up on it because 5 days would be too, too long for me in Atlantic City, the flights and bus transportation would probably take the same of time as me driving from my home to the self-parking garage, and I would have to use the jitney to go back and forth to the boardwalk.

Comparing to a United non-stop from Dulles International to Vegas is $594 for Economy Plus ($499 for Economy) or a Southwest non-stop from Baltimore Washington International to Vegas round trip is $605, that $599.99 package offer is a pretty good deal for round trip flights, 4 nights at the Borgata, and $60 free play.

I also got the June offers emailed to me yesterday. They aren't great, but I would be delusional to expect awesome offers after a one-night stay with $147.50 coin-in and $99.60 coin-out. However, this the first time since 2019 that I got an email from Borgata about offers. I think I did get some emails in 2019 but I do remember getting the paper copy mailed to me in 2018 and early 2019.

Thank you very much for reading, dear reader, this lengthy trip report. I wanted to provide a different type of trip report that was more informational, but also tailored to my unique perspective on having to travel there from where I live. Hopefully I am going to be able to return soon in the near future, because I may not be able to return between June and November this year. If I do, I'll do another trip report. That trip report will probably be more like the usual trip reports that have been posted here in the Non-Vegas Trip forum.

For those keeping score, I now have 96,370 my VIP credits/points/coins after going all the way down to 70 coins at the beginning of April.
