I picked up my mail yesterday and Bally's sent me FIVE freaking mailers in one day. They've also been increasing in regularity. Like 2 every other day.

The free parking one is funny because I don't have a car and don't need one, so the Mercedes is also out (obviously still entering for the cash). The $40 in food seems like the default/max because everyone and their mother has it when I actually use it. Also I live in downtown Chicago, in what world do I need a fire pit for?

Never stepped foot in the place, but apparently Carnival is sharing my information with them. I just got an offer to "Join the Ballyverse" as a past Carnival guest with $60 in free play.

Don’t you just love when there’s a sharing of your data across with a company or companies you’ve never used?

The free parking in the Medinah Temple area of downtown Chicago probably costs Bally's more than that free gift. And I noticed it takes 2 trips to get that firepit.

Why they are giving away a firepit in May is beyond me. September seems like it would be better time to give away such an item.

Bally's is way under projected numbers. They need to do something. They need to do a lot of somethings.

    Where's the freeplay?

They do give me a crapload of free play. But typically it is mailed once a month and in a big booklet of offers/happenings. Then they proceed to mail me a couple cards like this for every page of the damn booklet over time.

They're also tier matching as well as matching offers from any other casino in the area. Still not good enough to get me there.

Nearly everyone I know that has been there says it's an odd setup and the games are terrible - vpFREE2 doesn't even have any games listed, that should say something.

I still haven't been to Bally's. I'm on the NW side of Chicago, so I would either have to drive or take public trans to get downtown. I'd rather drive out to the Blue Chip, Hard Rock, or Grand Victoria where I normally go considering that I keep hearing that the gaming at Bally's is terrible.

I am kinda surprised that I don't get any mailers from Bally's Chicago, since I'm probably in Bally's database based on my past visits to the Tropicana-LV.

Place is nice enough, historic building. Previously Nordstrom Home Store. Drinks are Vegas expensive, $14 for a precisely measured Jack and Diet. Table limits were very high. $50 blackjack. Typical selection of slots.

Atlantic City Ballys started mailing me offers recently too. Pretty sure I was blacklisted there for burning them for 9 months of gift cards after 1 day of play there :D. I guess all is forgiven now?

Bally's Evansville is guilty of doing the same thing.

I can see it now. Bally's goes bankrupt due to increased costs from sending out mailers in the digital era!

    Those mailers look so ugly.

Looks like the same color/format of the Lucky Dragon LV mailers had before they went bust...

Caesars has been sending out notes that their mailers are going on only digital soon.

My CET Vegas has been digital only for years now. AC is still physical mailers but they are sooooo slow lately. I still haven’t received my May mailer and other things are coming with less than 2 weeks notice. Used to be like this but then they got way better but now they are back to being horrible.
