I just logged on to check on booking a room and at excalibur, park and nyny it says my offer no longer has resort credit. Anyone else?
Me too. Resort credit is also missing from my Bellagio offers. Hopefully it is just a glitch. It seems strange to pull the resort credit from a few properties but leave it on others.

Hmmm... maybe I still get RC & FP because I haven't stayed in an MGM property in >18 months. I keep waiting for offers to disappear altogether.
It takes em a lonnnnnggg time to disappear for MGM. I have friends who haven't been back in over 3 years and still get offers.
