    Hi,
Has anyone had experience using the Caesars Rewards NCL discount (https://www.caesars.com/myrewards/partners/norwegian-cruise-line) with a MyVegas $750 off NCL coupon?

I'm assuming it's either or since Caesars NCL discount goes through NCL's Casino-at-Sea reps and for the MyVegas coupon through what is described as "dedicated team members who book all PLAYSTUDIOS rewards", but I'm guessing someone may have first hand experience at least inquiring either/or about this.

It could also be a YMMV situation since a lot of Caesars and NCL's offers seem to be that case.

Also, has anyone used two $750 off NCL coupons (yourself and a partner with a separate MyVegas account) on a booking for the same cabin recently? I know this used to be a thing (anecdotally) but sounds like that may be over. The T&C on the coupon states "Only one discount award can be applied per a cruise reservation" which sounds like it may be a no go now.

Anyone have recent experience with trying to apply two MyVegas $750 off coupons for the same cabin (two guests, each with a separate coupon)? Thanks for any insights!

My wife and I each used a $500 off NCL back in November 2023 for a December 2023 sailing on NCL Prima for the same cabin. (we each have our own myvegas account and purchased the $500 off on our own respective accounts). However, keep in mind, they've changed the set of $xxx.00 off rewards for NCL already two different times since Nov 2023, so not sure if anything in T&C has changed.

And Yeah, the whole line in the description of "Only one discount reward can be applied per a cruise reservation" and then the subsequent line a few rows down w/ "Limit one cruise award per player, per sailing" makes this very confusing on if they allow the situation you're talking about.

So, before we bought the two rewards, I called up the booking phone number (listed in the reward) and asked the casino marketing rep if two ppl could each use one reward for the same cabin and sailing (one reservation), if we bought them w/ our own myvegas accounts, and he said yes. We bought the rewards the same day and called back in an booked the sailing without a problem.

I would definitely recommend calling in and asking before buying, since the current set of NCL rewards are non-refundable.

Just as an FYI for anyone interested.

    1) As of February 2024, you can still use two MyVegas rewards, as long as they are from different MyVegas accounts and both individuals are assigned to the cabin.

    2) You cannot stack a casino program discount onto the MyVegas coupons (i.e. no additional discounts beyond the MyVegas rewards).

    3) They must have CASINO availability to use the MyVegas rewards. You should CONFIRM this BEFORE spending your LP. I did not and was told they could not use the MyVegas rewards on the sailing we wanted so we wasted 1.2 mil LP (600,000 x 2). Even though there's still availability on the sailing, I was told no rooms were available for this promotion, so it was a no go. I could pay full price if I wanted but not use the MyVegas rewards, unfortunately.

Wow! Sorry that happened to you. So shady on their parts (both NCL And myvegas), because the exceptions they state in T&C is "Coupon is not applicable to charter dates, certain group types..." Says nothing about blackout dates or availability, so one would think if they have staterooms available, you would be able to book it..... If you can't or don't want to find another sailing, I wonder if you contacted myvegas and state NCL could not fulfill the reward (really per their own T&C), would they make a exception for it and refund you.

Definitely thanks for the heads up on this.

UPDATE: I did email PlayStudios support and received a response from a rep within 24 hours.

A few hours later... and I did receive a refund. My wife sent a separate request and we don't know about hers yet, but this was encouraging. I've spent some $$ on MyVegas, but she hasn't, so we'll see if that affects her LP refund or not.

I would still recommend players contact NCL CAS (Casino at Sea) and ask if the MyVegas rewards will work on a specific sailing before purchasing to avoid any issue like this because the refund is certainly not a guarantee and YMMV.

Also note, we were looking at cruises that were coming up very soon (and apparently in high demand) so that may have had something to do with the issue using the reward because I know many people have had good luck with them. The NCL CAS rep I spoke to basically said that THEY (meaning the CAS dept) couldn't book a room on the two sailings we looked at using the MyVegas offer, but they did offer other dates that were available. Unfortunately none of those fit our schedules.

The Royal Caribbean free cruises have a similar capacity limit. The last time I used one they said they were low with casino bookings on the particular cruise so I got it just in time.

Fyi they have new “free” Royal cruise rewards that just reappeared but they are out of Australia embarkation ports.

What cabin selection were you offered? As in do you get to pick?

I've, attempted, to use the NCL MyVegas rewards in the past, but it was for a free cruise and much higher LP total. Unfortunately, we were cancelled at the start of COVID so we didn't get to go. But with that reward we were only given an inside cabin category.

@enchantingodin , If you are using a voucher you can select any room category that you want. Pay the difference if the voucher does not cover the full price.
