    Book it, we are neighbors I guess with our vacation homes. We converted ours in March. Took till August and 3 trips to get it where we wanted the house to be.

    We actually bought furniture in Iowa and shipped it there and saved $$$$$$ over the same furniture out there. Wierd!! No sales tax either that way

    I have 2 rentals also in centenail hills area. I love where my house is. Little traffic and in 3 minutes I am on 95

    Give me a shout if you get neighborhood questions. Maybe meet for beer sometime we both are in town at the same time.

    Wow has it really been 2 months since I checked in? Tom I would be thrilled to meet up! Last in town early October. Coming back December 9 for long weekend. Sure there is some yard work waiting for me. But looking forward to sunshine, Stromboli at 4 kegs, craps at Santa Fe station and some relaxation
