April 2024 MGM Offers

Not sure what happened but seriously even they say they can't see my suites as comped. My offer literally says I get one. Maybe it's glitch. No idea..I'll wait a few weeks and see what it says

 

MGMRewards is now down for maintenance so hopefully this is the end of the glitchy behaviour. I’m not going to hold my breath though.

 

As expected, maintenance complete and ParkMGM/NoMad resort credit glitch still happening. Guess they were upgrading something else.

 

Well the 4 that were broke (Park/N/NYNY/Excal) no longer have the NYNY cancelled reservation glitch, but the others still do for me. Basically, I cancelled an NYNY reservation a while ago and it is cancelled in the system, but the dates +/1 72 hours are still showing retail rates as if I still had that reservation. So that got fixed for those 4 for me.

 

My resort credit is back for Luxor, NYNY, and Excal but still missing for Park/N…which just happens to be the only property I already have a reservation for. Progress, albeit slow.

 

Everything is updated now for me. They have created 4 tiers of RC now as it seems it should be (including a RC number for Park/Nomad for those of us that previously had Complimentary F&B listed (It’s $1100 RC now)).

Mines still broke on Park/N. They've had 4 tiers for a while at certain levels. Certain breakpoints its less tiers. I have had for for a while now, but when I had $725 FP levels its was 3 levels with the top 2 combines into one which made no sense to me.

 

Mine were always the four tiers you described until this latest update. Now the top two are combined for me...Still no RC for Park and Nomad. NYNY/Luxor/Excal seem to have fixed themselves.

 

NYNY was always with Luxor and Excalibur for me. Could be related to those being the only places I never stayed?

 

When I check various dates, NYNY, Park MGM, NoMad and Excalibur all show rates for me now (no comps), even for the basic rooms.

At the same time I’m getting suites at Aria, Bellagio & Vdara.

Something is still off the hook.

 

I don’t see this one as fixed yet for me.

 

Mine are still broken, even after the app updated. Although I did notice one thing new. NYNY has renovated the Penthouses and they look absolutely gorgeous.

 

So start booking suites at A/V/B then?

 

Now ParkMGM/Nomad is broken for me. Missing F&B credit when I had $450 before.

 

My Castle and Pyramid offers now come with 2 free buffets on top of the food / beverage credit. Never seen that before.

 

It doesn’t look that bad. I would consider staying..

 

My account's been alright in April except for the NYNY weirdness that I can't find any comped dates even after cancelling 2 future stays.

I wonder if it's because my account was messed up for half of Feb and all of March so I'm fine now...

 

I don’t think so: my account has always been ok but now I don’t see comp rooms at Excalibur, NYNY and Park MGM/NoMad.

 

What I mean is because my account was already messed up and fixed maybe it's skipping this phase where other accounts are now affected.

 

Those are the same ones that don't show comp rooms for me too. Do you have any existing reservations at any of those properties currently?
