what are the not to miss spots in Bally’s? (If there are any) I’ve never stayed there.

Also, best VP bars there and Paris? Hoping for draft beer/ciders & VP.

BLT is a really good, undervalued steakhouse. They have a HH at the bar and you can get a discount (or at least you used to be able to) at tix for tonight. The time I went, they let me combine HH with the discount

    Mon ami gabi (at Paris)

the new lobby bar at Bally’s makes really good cocktails

I agree with @Vegas Erica. James at the Lobby Bar is the best! Also, if you are drinking at the Lobby Bar and want a snack, over by the poker room there’s a sandwich shop called Noah. They have a pretty cheap cheese and fruit bowl that will help tide you over til your next meal.

    Happy birthday to me!

I was about to suggest "Sea", but apparently there's some shuffling and it's temporarily replaced with NOBU. But BLT is great.

Lots of pretty good places out front in the bazaar shops if you don't mind stepping outside. Dirt dog, Ramen-Ya, and Golden Puffs are all good. Blue Ribbon Chicken is good, but I thought it was a little pricey for fried chicken.

Ate at SEA once last year. It was really good, but damned expensive. I think they charged like $8 for a bowl of white rice.

If you include at Paris as at Ballys there are a number of decent options. Otherwise, not so much.

I’ve stayed in Paris but it was back in 2008. I like MAG, but actually haven’t eaten anywhere else in Paris. Never spent much time in Bally’s. I know they’re connected but it feels like there’s a lot to Bally’s ive never seen.

If you like seafood I would say sterling brunch. It is only on weekends and you need to book pretty far in advance or try your luck to get a seat at the bar without reservations. They have lobster tails which is the main attraction but it is north of $100. I haven't tried it myself yet but it's on my bucket list.

Yes. The bazaar shops or whatever. There’s a sin city brewery there as well. Giordano’s is by far one of my favorite pizzas in Vegas. It’s a true Chicago deep dish, so it’s very different from the thin NY style that everyone raves about elsewhere on the strip.

The couple I watch on YouTube can't get enough of Dirt Dog. I'm gonna try it on our next trip.

Yes, this. If you want to splurge and make sure you have a big appetite. I suggest you skip the carby sides if you want to get your money's worth. Reservations required. The lobster tails and king crab are worth the price alone.

    Here's a preview.

I am not a fan of any of the restaurants in Bally's itself, but I don't tend to wander far for meals. When I stay there I typically eat one breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi (my favorite) and one meal at Burger Brasserie. In a drunken pinch, the Taqueria is okay. Last month I tried Blue Ribbon Chicken and Giordano's at the Bazaar Shops and was quite pleased with both. We went over to Giada's at Cromwell and had a fabulous dinner.

In all my times Ive stayed at Ballys, approaching 10...I think they have the worst restaurant selection out of almost every single hotel on the Strip. Love Ballys, but I eat elsewhere. Only placed Ive dined is the sandwich/salad place next to the poker room---I havent been disappointed there. Honestly, an extremely short walk over the Paris (all indoor walking) will bring you a plethora of options for every meal of the day and snacks and hit all price points. Just eating at Ballys is not something you should consider.
