I don't know how I never realized that Beef Wellington was Beef in a Pastry, but that had somehow escaped my 45 years of Meat and Pastry worship.
Now that I know this amazing dish exists, I am looking for opinions for the best version in CET properties....We have to burn up our 100 diamond dinner voucher and will be staying at Bally's, but have no problem moving around...
    Thoughts and opinions???
    Thanks in advance!!

It’s a signature dish at GR Steak at Paris. I had it there several years ago. I prefer a steak without the truffle and pastry but it was good.

I had it at Hell's Kitchen at Caesar's Palace. Good not great. Wouldn't recommend making a trip there just to have it, or paying the prices they charge there.

I haven't had this one personally, but the Beef Wellington at Hugo's Cellar at Four Queens downtown looks phenomenal by comparison. Naturally, this is not CET... but I think you'd be much better off getting something like this, than to choose one solely based on your ability to use a $100 celebration dinner voucher. Having a good Beef Wellington seems to be the more prominent of those two objectives, based on your original posting.

I had the one at HK at Caesar’s and it was delicious. I’d order it again in a heartbeat. It’s one of Gordon Ramsay’s signature dishes, especially if you watch HK on tv. If you’ve got a dinner voucher, then there’s nothing holding you back!

I will say this about the one at the h***'s kitchen. If you get it on the fixed price menu it is 3 oz. That is not a typo it is 3 oz. I believe the fixed price menu is 72$. 2 weeks ago you could upgrade to the ful beef Wellington which I assume is twice that Size for $20 More.

Here's the Wellington i had at GR Steak a few weeks ago. Still good, but it has shrunk oh so slightly over previous visits. Was supposed to be 6oz, but actually 4.5oz at best.

Their website has the prix fixe menu is priced at $85, getting kind of steep. My first time at Hell's Kitchen was shortly after it opened and I thought the prix fixe meal was a hair under $70, but I could be wrong. Scallops and the sticky toffee were awesome, but I wasn't too wowed with the beef wellington.

I had it at Gordon Ramsey Steak in September and was not a fan. There was zero seasoning on the meat, all you could taste was the pate/mushroom mixture.

We have been to Gordon Ramsay 3 times in Vegas.....I really don't know the big following. Each meal was average at BEST. We wanted to give it a chance x 3 but not worth the hype. We LOVE great food and were disappointed at every experience

I've had it twice, once at GR Steakhouse and once at Hell's Kitchen. Both times I was NOT impressed. Must just be me . . . . .
